2017 Instructor Dues: $50 for Individual Instructors
Instructor Dues are due by February 28, 2017. Dues will increase to $75 on March 1st, $100 on April 1st and lastly to $150 on May 1st. If by June 1, 2017 Instructor Dues have not be paid then you will be deactivated as an Instructor with our Training Center. Your ability to order cards will be disabled on March 1st until dues are paid. We now offer three easy ways to pay your dues (Enrollware, Fax/Email and Mail) and three payment options (Check, Credit Card and PO).

2017 Instructor Dues for Instructors who teach outside of their Training Sites: $25 (this is not for Individual Instructors)
This applies to Instructors with CRH, Danville Life Saving Crew, Henrico Public Schools, GOTCPR, Maria Parham, Murdoch, RJ Blackey, SORS, and Wayne Memorial Hospital, who teach classes outside of their Training Site. Cards can not be ordered under the Training Site, you must order cards under your own personal Enrollware login, please call the office if you have questions.

2017 Training Site Dues: $25 per Instructor
This fee is paid by the Training Site Coordinator for multiple Instructors under their Training Site (This applies to Instructors with Central Regional Hospital, Danville Life Saving Crew, GOTCPR, Maria Parham, Murdoch, RJ BLackley, SORS, and Wayne Memorial Hospital) Training Site Dues must be received by February 28, 2017 to avoid the late fee of $100. Please email email@example.com if an invoice needs to be created.
