History

Susan M. Safran, RN, MSN founded CPR Consultants, Inc. in 1988 to meet the needs in the healthcare community for American Heart Association CPR training. The company quickly expanded to training in CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogen and Oxygen Administration to meet community and corporate needs. In 2003 we added the services of Automatic External Defibrillator sales, training, program setup and administration to meet the growing market demand for these services. We also teach the American Heart Association Adult and Pediatric Advanced Life Support courses for healthcare professionals as well as AHA Instructor development courses. Our experienced instructors, mostly healthcare professional, also offer a variety of special courses to meet client needs. We have done workshops on nutrition, ergonomics, family dynamics, medication administration, work site and fire safety, to name a few.
