Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course – Renewal

The PALS course gives healthcare professionals the knowledge and skills to better recognize and treat critically ill infants and children.The course uses a scenario-based, team approach to teach pediatric emergency management of pediatric patients approaching or already in respiratory or cardiac arrest.  The course covers treatment beyond the first few emergency minutes and goes through stabilizing patients or transport phases of a pediatric emergency, in or out of the hospital.


**The 2011 Pediatric Advanced Life Support book is required for this course. You may choose to purchase this through our website by clicking on the box to the right of the registration. If you choose not to purchase the book now, you are responsible for getting the manual before you come to class.


Continuing Education available for the initial Pediatric Advanced Life Support Class, not available for renewal classes.


Certifications are good for two years.
